Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Mafia Town is an online Mafia game developed and operated by the IdrokTech team. IdrokTech is responsible for your data. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Telegram account (provided by Telegram when you sign in): Telegram ID, first and last name, username, language, Telegram Premium flag and profile photo (a copy of the photo is stored on our server). We never receive your phone number or password.
• Game data: level and XP, match history and statistics, roles and actions, daily reward, quests, friends, invitations, cosmetics and settings.
• What you write and say: room and match chat messages, last will text, voice messages, reports (reason, comment and messages from that match as evidence).
• Voice: in voice rooms your voice is relayed to other players live only and is not recorded. The app accesses the microphone only for a voice room or a voice message, and only with your permission.
• Technical data: device platform, app version, usage events (app opens, screens, errors) and a hash of your IP address made with a secret key. The IP address itself is not stored with your profile.
• Payments (Telegram Mini App and browser version only; there are no purchases in the Android app): order number, item, amount and status. Card details are entered on the Click or Payme page and never reach us.

3. Why we use it

• To run the game: sign-in, rooms, matches, leaderboards, friends and voice rooms.
• To track progress, rewards and boosters.
• Notifications through the Telegram bot (daily reward, friend requests, game invitations). You can turn them off in the app settings.
• Safety: detecting fraud, multiple accounts and rule breaking, and reviewing reports.
• Fixing bugs and improving the game (aggregated statistics).
• Processing and recording payments.

We do not show ads, we do not sell your data, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

4. Who sees it and who we share it with

• Other players: your name, avatar, level, statistics and in-game messages.
• Telegram: for sign-in and bot messages.
• Click and Payme: only if you make a payment.
• Cloudflare: the network that protects website and API traffic.
• Hosting: data is stored on servers we rent.
• Authorities: only when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

• Account data - as long as your account exists.
• Voice messages - deleted 15 minutes after the match ends.
• Payment provider exchange logs - 90 days.
• Backups - 14 days.
• When you delete your account - see section 6.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the Android app or on play.mafiatown.uz go to Settings -> Delete account, or email [email protected]. Deletion removes the Telegram link, name, username, avatar, sign-in sessions, friends, device traces and settings. Match history, statistics and payment records stay without any link to you (for other players' history and accounting). Details: mafiatown.uz/en/delete-account.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of notifications. Send your request to [email protected] with your Telegram username or ID - we reply within 30 days.

8. Security

All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. The Android app keeps sign-in tokens in the device's protected storage, and no passwords are used. Only authorized team members can access the servers.

9. Children

Mafia Town is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from such a child, we delete it.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes. We announce important changes in the game channel.
